Dr Shibu hails from a Traditional Ayurvedic family in Kothamangalam. He is a Senate Member Kerala University of Health Sciences. He is a Post Graduate in Pancha Karma presently working as Hospital Superintendent and as Head of department of Panchakarma at Nangelil Ayurveda College. He is a reputed clinician and practices in Kalarickal Vaidyasala, Kothamangalam. Through out his career he has been involved in teaching and training students as well as practitioners in Clinical medicine and Radiology. His clinical classes are well appreciated and he has presented papers in various National and International seminars. He is the founder General Secretary of (PACTO) Private Ayurveda College teacher's Organization.
